Roberta had only seen my dogs 3 times. On the 4th visit, she noted my shepherd was ill. She stayed with him while calling me 3 times to come home from work. I need to add that this was a very serious heart problem that had gone unnoticed by myself and my regular vet who had my dog hospitalized within the last 6 weeks for another problem. He had seen Max many times recently, and his heart problem had been going on for a long time.
Roberta was very persistent, called and said she was taking him to the vet, since I was unable to leave my meeting.
I attribute my dog's life to her knowledge and compassion for animals.
She is now helping me get medicine down a VERY stubborn dog and continuing to walk and care for my healthy dog.

When my mother had emergency surgery the week before Easter, I was unable to find anyone to take care of our dog so that we could visit her. Then, the vet told us about Comfy Creatures. I admit that I was a little reluctant to have a pet service come into my home, but Roberta immediately put my mind at ease. I was very impressed with her professionalism and thoroughness. I left feeling that our pet (and home) were in very good hands. Even a gas leak that forced the evacuation of our neighborhood for several hours did not deter her from taking proper care of our dog. And then when our return trip took almost double the amount of time due to traffic, construction and accident delays, she came to the rescue again by coming to our house one more time to take care of our dog.
Would I use Comfy Creatures again? You bet!

I chose Comfy Creatures because of Roberta's veterinary knowledge, but the true test was when she came over one day while I was home. The dogs absolutely love her! If they're happy, I'm happy.
I sometimes work long days. On top of that, I like to work out. Comfy Creatures coming to let my dogs out every day allows me to do that without feeling my dogs aren't being well cared for. It's the perfect balance for me between working and having pets.
I used to have another company in my house and things would be moved around and misplaced often. With Comfy Creatures, the only way I knew they were here was the medicine I set out for them to give the dog was gone, and the nice little note saying they were here.
